Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to Shorty, operated by Duration AI Ltd. We do not permit the use of Shorty to create, upload, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.

This policy is published to support Google Play's child safety requirements and to make our standards clear to users, reviewers, and the public.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not use Shorty to create, upload, share, request, or promote:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
  • Content or behavior that exploits, grooms, sextorts, traffics, or endangers children.
  • Content that encourages or facilitates sexual contact with minors.
  • Attempts to use AI-generated media, narration, or other platform features to sexualize minors or exploit children.

2. Enforcement

If we become aware of content or behavior that appears to violate these standards, we may remove or disable access to the content, suspend or terminate the relevant account, preserve information as appropriate for safety or legal compliance, and take any other action required by our Terms, applicable law, or platform rules.

Where required, Duration AI Ltd will report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other relevant authorities.

Please include enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, content, or incident and review it promptly.
