How do I delete my account?
Open the Shorty app, go to the Account tab, and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm before your account is permanently deleted.
What data is deleted when I delete my account?
All account data is removed, including your email address, generated videos, coin balance, purchase history, and push notification tokens. Your account cannot be recovered after deletion.
Is there a data retention period after deletion?
Account deletion is processed immediately. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.
What data does Shorty collect?
Shorty collects your email address (via Google or Apple sign-in), in-app purchase history, push notification tokens, and anonymous usage analytics. All data is encrypted in transit. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
